Beach Description: The pebble and rock
beach is gradual for a short distance, the water is crystal clear.
There are good swimming conditions in (usually) warm water. There
is a boat buoy and dock. The lake is only 100 feet from the front
door!

Distance to Shopping and Dining: 35 minutes
into the city of Salmon Arm, or 25 minutes to Sorrento.

Distance to Golf Course: The nearest golf
course is in Sorrento about 1/2 hour drive from the house.

Special Conditions: Minimum seven night
bookings, arriving Sunday night and leaving Sunday morning.

Payment and Cancellation Policies: All of
the rent is required upon reservation to complete the booking. A
refundable security/damage deposit of $300 is required. If you
cancel less than 45 days prior to your reservation date, payments
are refunded only if the unit can be re-rented. Rent is $1725 to
$2000 per week during the peak season.
